Schedule Me AI is designed to operate entirely locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers.

All of this data is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to us or any third party.
Third-Party Services
Use of AI Services (OpenAI)
Schedule Me AI uses third-party artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI, L.L.C. to interpret user input and generate scheduling suggestions.
What Data Is Sent
When you write or speak a task in the app, the following data may be transmitted securely to OpenAI for processing:
- Text you enter
- Audio recordings used for transcription
- Transcribed text derived from voice input
We do not intentionally include direct personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or contact details in these requests.
Purpose of Processing
This data is sent solely to interpret natural language input, suggest appropriate dates and times, and enable automatic scheduling functionality. The data is used strictly to provide core app functionality.
OpenAI processes data as a service provider (data processor) on our behalf and does not receive your data for advertising or independent marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share user content for advertising or tracking.

Subscription & Purchase Processing (RevenueCat)
Schedule Me AI uses RevenueCat, Inc. to manage in-app purchases and subscription status. RevenueCat processes:
- Subscription status
- Transaction identifiers
- App Store receipt information
This data is used solely to verify purchases and enable subscription-based features. We do not receive access to your Apple ID or payment details. For more information, see: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
No Tracking
We do not use user data for cross-app tracking, third-party advertising, or profiling.
Sentry (crash reporting): We may use Sentry for anonymized crash logs and performance metrics (no personal data, no user inputs). Sentry is GDPR-compliant.
We do NOT collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or any identifiers
- Your actual calendar events (no calendar integration yet)
- Any analytics or tracking data beyond crash reporting
2. How We Use Information
- Local data: Used only to provide the App's core functionality (scheduling, reminders).
- RevenueCat data: Used only to manage subscriptions and provide access to premium features.
- OpenAI data: Used only to generate scheduled events from your input (processed and not stored by us).
- Sentry data: Used only to identify and fix technical issues (anonymized).
3. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with any third parties except:
- OpenAI (for processing text/voice inputs)
- RevenueCat (for payment processing)
- Apple and Google (as required by their platforms)
- Sentry (for anonymized crash reporting)
4. Data Storage and Security
All data you create in the App is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it. We rely on your device's built-in security features to protect this data.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, most data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) do not apply as we have no data to provide or delete.
